All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy as outlined in individual warranty agreements and applicable consumer protection laws.

Claims Process

Claims must be submitted promptly after a covered event occurs. The claims process includes:

• Initial claim notification within the timeframe specified in your warranty agreement
• Submission of all required documentation and evidence
